Not exactly what you wanted? No problem. We will ship all Exchanges for free when the new order is created at the time you obtain your return authorization. Exchanges must be processed over the phone.
To exchange your item:
1. Call customer service at 1-800-355-4445 to obtain a return authorization number (RA #).
2. We will create the new order for you over the phone.

3. Write your RA # on the outside of the box clearly so our over-worked shop employee can clearly identify your return for swift processing.

5. You will be refunded the original purchase price, on the credit card used for the purchase, when your order is received by us and is deemed to be in re-sellable shape. If original packaging or any components are missing, a re-stock fee of 15% will have to be applied...you understand, right? If it's an exchange, we will then ship out your new items.
Returned packages will be refused iftheyarrive without a return authorization (RA) clearly written on the outside of the box.
We reserve the right to add a 15% re-stock fee to packages arriving without original packaging.
All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories.
Do not mark or deface the original manufacturer containers in any manner.
Packages must be returned prepaid. No CODs.
Refunds will only be made via the method in which the order was paid.
We strongly suggest sending returns insured for the full value and with a tracking number to insure a full and prompt refund. It's usually best to ship via the US Mail.
If merchandise is damaged due to poor re-packaging, the refund or exchange may not be given per our discretion.
When will I receive my refund?
Credits will be issued after the shop receives, inspects and process your return, which can take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Credit card refunds can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your statement.
